Owner/Tenant Statement Notification Compose default Statement Notification email messages to notify owners and tenants that updated statements/documents are available online, to provide instructions for using the Account Logon interface in the property management company's website or MyRentalHome.com, or to request an online payment . The Statement Notification message should be general, not individualized, since it is sent to all, or a group of, clients. The user can customize the default statement notification message before sending it through the RP Management Statement Notification screens. |
