! Default Profile Authorizations (Figure 15a)

The Default Profile Authorizations are applied to all newly added owner, tenant, and vendor profiles when the user synchronizes profiles from PROMAS and Auto Updates HomeRentals.net.  Review the Database Utilities section of this guide for more information about batch updating authorizations for existing profiles.

The marked system features are available to owners, tenants, and vendors when they log on to their online accounts.  The unmarked features are not accessible.  The Online Access authorization must be enabled before owners, tenants, and vendors can create an online account.

Edit individual client profiles through the RP Management online profile lists to customize profile authorizations on an individual basis.

Owner/Tenant/Vendor Intro

Add a default message to the Intro screen (Figure 15b) of owner, tenant and vendor online accounts.  The same message will be displayed for all owners, all tenants, and all vendors.

The Intro message can be used to:

Introduce the system
Provide guidance about how to use the system
Give news about what is new and different with your company/services
Post upcoming events, etc.

A default welcome message will display on the Intro screen if the user does not configure custom Intro messages.

Owner/Tenant Statement Header and Footer (Figure 15c)
Add default Header and Footer messages to owner and/or tenant statements.  These default messages appear on every statement; they should be general, not account specific. The default statement messages can be used to post updates, notify clients of new information, or to simply thank clients for their business.

Owner/Tenant Statement Notification

Compose default Statement Notification email messages to notify owners and tenants that updated statements/documents are available online, to provide instructions for using the Account Logon interface in the property management company's website or MyRentalHome.com, or to request an online payment .  The Statement Notification message should be general, not individualized, since it is sent to all, or a group of, clients.  The user can customize the default statement notification message before sending it through the RP Management Statement Notification screens.
