After the Auto Update processes, the most current PROMAS profile data will be displayed in the online Owner, Tenant, and Vendor lists.
Owner / Tenant / Vendor Lookup
Enter search criteria to lookup matching owner, tenant, vendor or source profiles, or leave all of the search fields blank to view the complete profile list (Figure 22a).

Show All Owners Screen
To view a complete list of all online owner profiles, click on the Show All Owners button (Figure 22a). This list will include all online owner profiles, including vacation rental owner profiles if the VR Management system is active in the user's Control Panel. The faded owner profiles (Figure 22b) on the Show All Owners list have not yet been associated with a listing record. They will display on the primary owner list as soon as the listing / owner connection has been established manually or through the Sync Listings with RPM process.
