Processing Data in the Control Panel

Log on to the HomeRentals.net Control Panel (http://Member.HomeRentals.net) to process the online profile and statement data (Figure 19a).  The user must contact the property management company's HomeRentals.net system administrator to request an individual email address username and custom password if one has not yet been assigned.

As long as 1) Auto Update has been enabled in the Control Panel Configuration, and 2) the "Updates" box is checked on the Control Panel logon screen, then the recently uploaded profile and statement data is extracted from its temporary online data folder during the Control Panel logon process. An update report is displayed in the Updates and Alerts section of the Control Panel Intro screen to confirm that the data has been fully processed (Figure 19b).

1.Processing Profile Data
PROMAS profile data is automatically extracted from its online temporary data folder during the Control Panel logon process.  Before the initial PROMAS profile upload, enable the Auto Update System Option.
 
2.Processing Statement Data
Uploaded statement data is stored in the property management company's online temporary data folder until the statements are approved/saved.  Newly approved statements become the active statement in the client's online account and the previous month's statement is added to the statement archive.  Enable the Monthly Statement Archive System Option to allow owners to access inactive/past statements.

 

PROMAS users must always edit owner, tenant, and vendor profile data in PROMAS, and then synchronize the updated information with HomeRentals.net.  Non-PROMAS users must edit client online profile information manually (name, address, phone, email address, etc.) .  All Statement errors must be corrected in PROMAS .
