Click Notes to view, add, and update an individual client's online profile notes (Figure 24). This function enables users to log internal notes to owner, tenant or vendor profiles; the profile notes are not displayed publicly, they must be accessed through the HomeRentals.net Control Panel.
History: The History is a permanent record of system-tracked profile changes and of the Notes that the user has added to the client profile. The user cannot edit the history notes.
Quick Notes: Quick Notes are front and center notes. These notes are not permanently recorded in the History and the user can edit the Quick Notes.
Notes: Notes are permanent, user-generated comments which are added to the permanent profile history. The user cannot edit Notes after they have been saved to the profile history. Notes can also be added to Quick Notes for easy access and visibility.
