Refer to the Online Work Request configuration section of this guide for more information about enabling online work requests. You must complete the configuration process before you begin using this feature.
The Online Work Requests (Tenants) and Online Workorders (Vendors) Control Panel functions work in conjunction with one another. A work request is a record of a problem that has been reported by a tenant. A workorder is a record of work a vendor must perform. The Online Workorders feature allows you to easily convert a work request into a workorder.
Tenants submit online work requests through MyRentalHome.com, or through the property management company’s PM Website (Figure 42).
