Companies that charge an application fee for online applications must configure and activate the Online Payments in conjunction with the Online Applications feature. The advanced functionality of the Online Applications system enables a property management company to design a custom online application, and then offer prospective tenants the opportunity to complete, submit, and pay application fees online through the detail view of a listing.
System users are able to track applications by property, by applicant, or by other application criteria. In phase 2 of the online applications feature (future), the property manager will be able to transmit the application information to selected screening companies with a single click, track responses, send adverse action letters, and convert accepted applicants into tenants.
