Reservation Definition: Reservations
This is where the companies default check in and check out times are set. Times set here will be populated to the reservation documents, but can be changed if necessary while creating each reservation document. The other fields in this definition are not currently being used (Figure 12).

Reservation Definition: Extras
Extras are common items that may be added to a reservation. Examples would be baby cribs, bicycles, golf clubs, video rentals, etc. There may be up to ten reservation extras configured. The user has two options as to how to set the charges, Fixed or Daily (Figure 13).

Configuring an Extra as a “Fixed” will charge that fixed rate regardless of the length of the reservation, it is a one time charge. Making it a “Daily” will charge the specified rate on a daily basis for the length of the reservation. Each reservation can be individually modified to completely customize extras.
