View and process pending Online Applications, or search the online application archive through RP Management - Tenants - Lookup an Application.

Configure the search parameters to locate a specific online application record, or leave the search fields blank to locate all applications within a certain timeframe (Figure 36a). Paid applications are displayed with alternating grey and white backgrounds. Unpaid applications are displayed with a light cream background. Click on a property ID to view the listing details for the property.
Click on the View icon to review application details (Figure 36b). The detailed Online Application view includes all of the data that the applicant entered during the online application process. If an application field is omitted, it was either turned off when the online application definition was configured, or the applicant skipped it during the online application process.

Online applications can also be viewed master view screen for individual listings (RP Listings - Listings - Find a Listing). Click on View Applications to see the applications that have been submitted for an individual property. The button displays the date of the most recent application on mouseover (Figure 36c).
