Designate system defaults and preferences through the Configuration menu in the HomeRentals.net Control Panel (Figure 3). To use the system most effectively, the user must configure certain default settings before the first PROMAS upload. The most important configuration settings are identified with a red exclamation mark (!) in the following sections of this guide. Users must carefully review Online Applications and Online Payments background and instructions before using either of these RP Management System Features. Do not implement these features without thorough review of the following configuration information.
The RP Management System related configuration options are located in the System Options, System Preferences, and RP Preferences screens.
