This arrival report has the default dates set from January 1, 2000 to the current date. It shows any guest who has not been checked in as well as any guest expected to arrive today (Figure 57).

In addition to the information shown on the previous report there is an option to Batch Process reservations from this report. Any reservation eligible to be processed will show a box in the last column. To be eligible, the guest must have no balance due and be confirmed , the arrival date must be today or any date in the past, and the listing must be ready for check in. After the box is checked, click on the “Batch Process” button at the bottom of the screen.
