Click on the interactive Property ID to display the property's Listing Availability Calendar for the next twelve months (Figure 50g).

From this screen the user may do a Quick Cost Lookup or go directly to Create Reservation screen.
The last column is the graphic date display. The color codes in this column match the codes on the individual property's twelve month calender. In Figure 50c, the user can see at a glance that the first unit is scheduled for maintenance for three days, the second has a concluded guest, the third has a pending guest and the last has a confirmed guest. The beige colored cells show no reservation of any kind has been entered for the property for that time.
