The HERO PM System is an advanced Internet-based software. In order to use the system effectively, the user must eliminate possible sources of computer based interference. This interference is most evident during the logon process. The most frequent computer level sources of interference are:
1. Pop-up blockers
2. Security programs
3. Firewalls
4. Spyware
To ensure ease of use and smooth system operation, the user must configure their computer system for use with HERO PM. If the computer system has already been properly configured, the user will be able to access the HERO PM system without interference.
