If the license is part of a group of licenses, you may set up Booking Groups for combinations of licenses within the group. This is done in Configuration > Group Setup (Figures 63a & b).

Click the drop down menu in Group Setup and then select Booking Group. A list of all of the members of the main Group will open (Figure 63c).

Enter the name of the Booking Group if there isn't one, and then select the licenses desired to be included. Hold the “Ctrl” key to select more than one license., Click “Update Group” to finalize the Booking Group creation. You can edit this group via this process as well.
After the Booking Group has been configured, another drop down menu will appear in the Tape Chart and the Lookup A Property sections of Reservations (Figure 63d).
Figure 63d
You may either search for listings as described in the sections on Tape Chart and Lookup A Property as before displaying results for only your license (the default) or the entire Booking Group. If the Booking Group option is selected, the Listing Info column on the Tape Chart display will contain the PMID of the listing license in addition to the other information. In the Lookup A Property search, the user would find the listing office information by viewing the listing which is shown in Control Panel Mode.
After the property to book the reservation for has been identified, the Create Reservation and Special Reservation functions operate in the identical fashion regardless of which license owns the listing. The reservation itself belongs to the listing license when it has been completed. The confirmation letter would be sent by the booking office, but it will be the actual letter configured in the listing office documents. This is to insure that all of the payment instructions, key pick up instructions, etc. are those of the listing license in case there may be differences in the procedures of the two licenses. All payments due would be processed by the Managing License, (I.E. The Listing License) and the Booking License may no longer access the reservation itself. It now belongs entirely to the Managing License for all processing functions.
The member who created the reservation may look it up but may not process it (Figure 63e).

To view all reservations created in the booking group, in Reservation Lookup, check the Report Format Box and select the Booking Group from the drop down menu. All of the reservations made by the user who is logged into the system will display as if the search was done by selecting Reservation Agent (Figure 63f).
Figure 63f
Each reservation will be displayed, the listing licenses will be separated by the black bar. While the Booking Agent may view all of the information about the reservation, they do not have the ability to process the reservation. At the bottom of the list of reservations the total dollar amount of the reservations created by this user, the total paid, and the total due are summarized (Figure 63g). This number is the reservations grand total, not the rental amounts.
