Processing Owner Payments

Owner payments must be posted in PROMAS manually.  The HomeRentals.net Owner Payments screen displays the amount the owner paid, the original amount requested (before fees are added or subtracted), and the payment information the owner entered during the payment process.  Use this information to manually enter Owner payments into PROMAS. 

Remember to transfer funds from your PayPal account into the property management company's trust or operating accounts.
